Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases of Prova Labs digital services. Payments and billing are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

A digital service

Prova Labs sells access to a digital AI service (credits used to generate images). Because access and credits are made available immediately, refunds are handled as described below.

Subscription refunds

If you have not used any credits in the current billing period, you may request a refund of that period's payment within 14 days of the charge.

Once one or more credits have been used in a period, that period is non-refundable, because the service has been delivered.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period after cancellation.

One-time extra packs

Extra packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once any of their credits have been used. As an exception, if an extra pack is completely unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@provalabs.app with your account phone number and the purchase details. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, some refunds may be processed by or through Paddle. We aim to respond within a few business days.
