Terms of Service

Prova Labs provides an AI-powered virtual try-on and styling service. You upload a photo and selected garments or accessories, and our AI generates an image of the items worn. Each generation consumes one credit.

You sign in with your phone number via a one-time password. You must provide accurate information, keep your access secure, and be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The subscription is a recurring monthly plan that grants a set number of credits each period. It renews automatically until cancelled and is billed through our payment provider, Paddle.

You can cancel at any time; your subscription and remaining credits stay active until the end of the current paid period. Prices depend on your region and are shown before purchase.

Extra packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance. They are not recurring and do not start, extend or renew a subscription.

You may only upload photos that you own or that show a person who has given you explicit consent. Uploading someone else's photo without their permission is prohibited.

You may not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, hateful, deceptive or otherwise harmful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain rights to the photos you upload and receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the images generated for you.

The Prova Labs software, brand and website remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

The service is provided 'as is'. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or imperfect and are for illustrative purposes only; they are not a guarantee of how an item will actually look or fit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prova Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the 'last updated' date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For questions, contact support@provalabs.app.
